Just a short note to let you know how much I appreciate the MY nights at the Kitchen Garden Café and it’s such a shame that they are only once a month.
These nights are a brilliant way to relax and unwind, even if we have to “pit out wits” against your comments!!
Your varied choice of female comedians is always first rate; my only disappointment is you have yet to secure Rhona Cameron. Even the newbie comedy nights are always good fun, if not always for the all the right reasons.
Your foresight in thinking there was a need for such nights was absolutely correct and has definitely paid off as you must have noticed you have a core audience of regulars, who despite your caustic comments still return! MY nights are completely different to any other comedy nights I have attended; it has a fun and friendly atmosphere which spans the generations, having brought my daughter and an older relative in the past. Of course, I think you are aware that you are the main attraction of the evening, everyone comes along wondering if they will be picked on, but still they come!
So keep up the good work and see you on 13th.
